10 Minute Macaroni and Cheese Recipe.

I want to do food recipes as well as beauty and fashion posts on here, so I thought I would kick it off with a quick 10 minute macaroni and cheese recipe.
I can’t lie but I have I’ve been quite lazy when it comes to food lately and when I crave something I need to have it, and one thing I don’t want to be doing it spending an hour and a half trying to make something that’s going to taste half arse. So! I had a look on Google for 5 minute recipes and I found 5 minute ‘mac n cheese’ and I thought PERFECT!
This recipe will take slightly longer than 5 minutes just because of the cooking time.

I tried this recipe out for the first time today using a recipe on Ella Claires blog as a guide line. It’s very quick, simple and fool proof even I didn't mess up! So let’s get started!!

Ingredients:

60 grams (2.4 oz. or 1/3 cup) of macaroni pasta
140ml (1/3 + ¼ cup) of water
35 grams (1.2 oz. or 1/3 cup) of grated cheese

LETS GO!

1. Starting with a small bowl put the macaroni into the bowl.
Then add the water to the bowl. You may need more water depending on the strength of your microwave, (adding a tablespoon at a time) but I found that 140ml was enough, and mine is 850watts.

2. Put your bowl into the microwave for 6 Minutes stirring it every minute. This will leave it with a slight bite to it.

3. Once the pasta has been cook you don’t want to drain it you want to leave the little bit of pasta water at the bottom. (that will help to keep everything moist and not dry out)

4. You can now add your choice of grated cheese, and then put it all back into the microwave for about 45 seconds to melt the cheese. (But keep an eye on it!!)

...And then take it out and voilĂ  there you have it!

ENJOY!!

Bag Haul | April

Okay so I got overly excited after I posted my first blog post and couldn’t wait to write and post my next one.
So apart from not having anything to write in my first blog post I now have THREE posts lined up!

Okay so first of all I bought this gorgeous blue mini bowling bag from Zara. Comes in a very bright fuchsia pink as well. I bought this off their website for £25.99. Is the perfect size to fit everything you need, without filling it up with unnecessary things.

I was clearly feeling like I needed to brighten up my bags, so along with the bright blue zara bag I got this gorgeous linea adele zip around purse in hot pink, which I got off the House of Fraser website in the sale for £14.50 originally £35 I think. They still have it but in different colours so youll have to get in there quickly!

It’s not too big but just slightly bigger than I expected it would be, but then on the inside its quite tight, so i cant fit too much change in or many receipts. which i guess is good so i keep it tidy. But can be used as a purse in the evening to fit your phone and a lipstick or lip-gloss, but would have to take out any change you have in the middle compartment so it can close properly.

Still on the bag theme I got this really cute sort of bright multi-coloured leopard print makeup bag, it’s a little small but does the job! It could do with it being just a few millimeters longer so my brushes can fit in without getting caught in the zip or getting the bristles bent. But it was only £4.90 so I can’t complain. (and i just LOVED the print and colours!)

FIRST BLOG POST!

Okay so first post... it actually took me FOREVVER to think what to write about.
I thought maybe do a haul? or just talk about me or do a kind of product review? still right now I have no idea, I hope an idea comes to me quickly!
Okay so i didn't know what to write about so I thought I would put a picture of me! hahah (why?!)
I guess an idea did come to me in the end, in a way...

I'm going to try and do a post every few days, don't want to write one for the sake of it (kinda did that for this, but wanted to get one out and start the ball rolling)
Okay, well i think there was a good place to end as any, so until next time!
